Blight Atlas tree nodes after 3.24 changes

With the changes to Kirac's map crafting options the already underwhelming node "Mycelial Swarm" is reduced to saving a couple chaos per map in the best of cases but most likely will still be ignored in favour of the ease of access to 100% blight on the tree or scarabs.

Said ease of access to 100% also impacts the other underwhelming and hardly used node "Spores on the Wind" if you want to run blight, you'll already guarantee it from the tree, or run scarabs for better blights.

Overall these have felt weak and irrelevant for a long while and are just becoming even worse now that other options got better and more accessible.

if you want blight *all the time*, then yes, these 2 nodes are pretty irrel

if you want to spec mostly into the other side of the tree, you can save a ton of points taking Swarm, paying the few chaos, and guaranteeing blight *that* way instead.

Kirac Mods
Typically the Map Crafting Options available at the Map Device rotate each League. All of the options that would usually rotate in and out are now available at the Map Device, unlocking as your Map Bonus Completion increases.
Blight (costs 4 Chaos Orbs): Area contains a Blight Encounter.

You don't need swarm at all for this anymore, and a 2 chaos discount is hardly worth the atlas points...
