Warcry Bot Analysis - Probably Not Worth It?

With the new keystone applying warcry buffs to allies I thought that GGG wanted us to make a warcry bot.

Warcry buffs are scaled by warcry buff effect.

Max warcry buff effect currently is 126% (148% in presence of pinnacle boss)
Passive Tree (41%)
Al Dhih (25%) (sets all warcries cooldown to 4s unchangable)
Second Al Dhih or mutewind Pennant (25%) (mutewind gives the call to arms keystone for free). Note that this 25% buff effect comes at the cost of redblade banner, so assumes you have some way of guaranteeing maximum power (unlikely assumption usually)
Elevated Warlord Helm (15%)
Searing Exarch body (20%, can get up to 42% but only if in presence of pinnacle boss)

With 126% buff effect and a level 4 empower you can get:
Ancestral Cry
1840 flat armour. Determination level 19 provides 1860 without empower and without aura effect, and also providese 48% more armour

Enduring Cry
12% all elemental res, 12% pdr (scales based on recipient endurance charges, not your own so assuming 3 charges on recipient... they may have none which would mean no buff effect. The life regen over 1 second is not a buff effect so doesn't transfer) The elemental resistance is about half of a level 1 purity of elements without an empower or aura effect and doesn't include elemental ailment immunity

Rallying Cry
45% of main hand weapon attack damage as added attack damage. Could be interesting for party play, but for a generic group you will only be in control of your own weapon and for the buff effect it has to be Al Dhih which has low damage. This means you need at least a party of three to start exploiting this (you, someone holding a big two hander, and then the DPSer with ideally a fast attack speed)

Battlemage's Cry
135% increased critical strike chance. This is more than double level 20 precision (without empower and aura effect), but doesn't provide accuracy.
Note that the other buff adds spell damage as attack damage, but again it is recipient spell damage as recipient attack damage, so they'd need a pretty specific build for you to be doing anything useful for them (and then they'd probably just use the warcry themselves).

Intimidating Cry
67% Overwhelm. Only helps physical damage builds against armoured targets.

So to my way of seeing things Call to Arms Keystone looks deader than Blood Magic. Using rallying cry for the weapon buff is probably better without call to arms and just using a decent one hander (or energy blades). The other warcry effects can be done better by auras or are of such niche usage that they are irrelevant.

Am I missing anything?
