PLEASE Allow Us To Downgrade Essences GGG

I know that this is a niche suggestion that not many are affected by, but in my opinion if we can upgrade essences to a higher tier using three lower tier essences, then PLEASE can we do the reverse?

It could be a reduced amount of the lower tier essence too such as:

ex:

1 x Deafening Essence of Greed --> (downgrade) --> 1 or 2 Shrieking Essence of Greed


There are two reasons we need this change:

Number 1

With a few higher tier essences, people can obtain many slightly lower tier ones. This will encourage people to craft with these lower tier essences. Often, people quickly upgrade and end up with fewer and fewer higher tier essences, at which point they sell since it is deemed to valuable to use. Especially giving new players a cheap and consistent way to craft drives the urge to do so even more (essences are the first league mechanic they ever encounter!)

Number 2

Whispering, Muttering, and Weeping essences are way too difficult to get!



The screenshot shows my journey of collecting essences these past months though farming and buying. Lowest tier essences such as Whisperings and Mutterings DONT EVEN DROP IN MAPS. I have had to get them from farming Acts 1-2 or Three Voices div cards. They sometimes drop from early heists or delve.

My point here is to show that its unreasonably difficult to get the lower tier essences for some reason. Please allow us to get them in maps or downgrade higher tier essences, thank you.
