Question about bind to left click skills?

Hello, I've been seeing a lot of chatter lately regarding this change. Is this for all skills, or only instant skills, and how do I know which is which?

I'm a ranger with lighting arrow on my LMB. So I hold down LMB to move around then whenever I need to shoot, I hold down space bar to stand in place and start firing. This is how I play all ARPGs.

So will my way of playing be affected? I'm new to POE and don't understand all the skill types and if Lightning Arrow or other ranger skills are considered instant.

Lightning Arrow is not an instant skill, so you should be ok.
