Let us Benchcraft Instilling/Enkindling corrupted flasks

Since 3.23, it is now way more common to get corrupted flasks from Ultimatum rewards.

Because of this, I feel like we should be able to enchant them to still be able to automate them in the same way we can link and change the number of sockets on the benchcraft, with the additionnal costs of Vaal Orbs.
