Winter Orb is still not affected by projectile speed and has not been for over a year.

Hi, about a year ago I made a forum post + a reddit post that didn't lead to anything, despite obvious proof of the bug. I want to play the skill again but proj speed not affecting it is kind of a bummer. I made a reddit post again a few days ago but I'll give the skill its best chances by posting here again too.
