Is the uber exarch molten minotaur slam attack suposed to be unblockable/evadable?

Hello PoE Community!

My question is in the title: Are the slam attacks from the Molten Minotaurs spawning in the ball phase of the searing exarch supposed to be unblockable and unevadable?

I run a gladiator and have, through the primalist charms and one "That which was taken" Jewel achieved 99% Attack block. I also have ~60% evade chance, 77% spell block and 75% spell dodge.
Yesterday I attempted Uber exarch a few times, and what consistently killed me were the slam attacks of the minotaurs (and by consistently I mean 100% of the time). This were also not one off freak occurences, but everytime one of those minos slams me, I am dead.

Are those attacks supposed to be unblockable and unevadable as seems to be the case? I am asking because this seems out of whack with other unblockable oneshot mechanics, which are well telegraphed and can be played around with a decent amount of skill and boss knowledge.
Those slams, in contrast are on a fast moving minion, and are instantaneous, which makes it impossible to avoid them in a fight where you have a dedicated phase where you have to dodge an unavoidable bullet hell.

I'm happy about any insight

I suppose I'll try again and see whether I can record it somehow. If it keeps occurring I'll post it as a bug.
