i placed both jewels in the passive skill tree with same text but i dont gain fifth ascendancy point.what is the issue?

You don't get a passive point for it but the thing is applied to your character.

oh so it is activated automatically thanks.btw i put them in medium jewel sockets which got unclocked by large cluster jewel this should not make any difference right?
