Does dual wielding two Varunastra work for "Quick and Deadly" from cluster jewel?

infact, it probably doesnt work if you wield even ONE varunastra. |

Yes, this even works with a single Varunastra and no second weapon, because Varunastra itself is two different weapon types (and some more on top of that).
