SOLVED: Tattoo of Ramako Shaman granting 1% Suppress Spell Damage instead of 2%
SOLVED: Percentage increase wasn't going up as expected because I wasn't accounting for the net effect of having magebane equipped.
When applying Tattoos of the Ramako Shaman which are supposed to grant 2% suppress spell damage, they are instead only granting 1%. I was at 93% suppress spell damage, applied 4x tattoos which would put me at +8% or 101% (capped at 100%), but instead am still at 98%. Two of your Ramako Shaman tattoos are in the radius of an Unnatural Instinct jewel, which says "allocated smalls passives in radius grant nothing", so I assume they're doing nothing for you.
Even then, you wouldn't get 2% spell supression chance per tattoo, because you're using the Magebane keystone passive. Magebane gives you +1% spell supression chance per 15 dexterity, and Ramako Shaman tattoos have to be used on +10 dexterity passives. Every two replaced nodes would drop your spell supression chance by 1-2% (depending on break points). |

Your point on the magebane makes perfect sense. The issue with the Unnatural Instinct was actually resolved by unallocating those passives, but must still be showing up for you.
That clarifies it with the dex issue! |
