The Immortal Syndicate Quest

Hi. I'm on act 9 and I'm trying to find the immortal syndicate in the Maraketh Desert. I'm running around maps, resetting maps, etc., but I can't find the syndicate anywhere. Is this an error? (Google transtale sorry)

If you are playing in a Ruthless league, then the Immortal Syndicate is not a guaranteed spawn. Keep playing, they will turn up eventually, but not necessarily in the desert.

So he can appear in any location in act 9, right?

I almost always see Immortal Syndicate events in The Vastiri Desert (act 9), try resetting the zone (ctrl-click its waypoint) if it didn't pop

Note you're not looking for an NPC per se, but it can be any kind of event, don't want to spoil which events you're in for =)

In my opinion Immortal Syndicate is one the best mechanics I love farming it =)

In a Ruthless league, they can appear for the first time from Act 9 onwards. You might not even encounter them until you get to maps, after Act 10 Kitava.
