Elder / Shaper Guardian Maps

What is the best method of getting these maps with Maven Invited to complete the Maven Fragments?
For example The Enslaver with Witnessed by Maven. Last bumped on Feb 26, 2024, 1:29:29 PM

what do you mean? You just need a map occupied by the elder guardian and then select that map to be witnessed by the maven....just like any other map witnessed by the maven.
There is no additional strategy |

Oh.....nope! Once you unlock the maven (through natural map progression), you click the middle circle (at the map device) when you run a map to have the maven witness the boss of that map. Just like how eater / exarch are the left and right circles.
It shows up and highlights for you to show you where the button is as soon as it unlocks. It actually does NOT happen by RNG...it has to be controlled by the player. not gonna lie....its pretty darn impressive you have multiple level 90+ characters and didn't know this haha. I just have to ask.....you've been playing pretty regularly at least since 2018/2019, through the release of Maven and Eater/Exarch. For years....
How have you managed to progress without knowing this? The game literally teaches this to you three times...once per maven/eater/exarch unlock. And the buttons exist every time you run a map, hovering over them literally says to you "Press to have the boss witnessed by maven/exarch/eater". Did you never once fight any of those bosses, or feel curious why you've never fought any of those bosses? I am actually genuinely curious here. " Not really complicated really - have only been playing properly these last few weeks. I remember playing this game back in 2013/14 I think barely knowing anything and just throwing auras in and doing Act 1-3 then doing Cruel and Merciless. But yeah over the last few weeks I have been very obsessed with this game and actively trying to learn as much as I can. It's going well! |
