I cannot allocate One With Nothing Jewel

I have 1x One With Nothing Jewel that is corrupted but with Lightning DMG penetration that doesn`t affect the min lvl req.

I do have the allocated jewel slot. I`m playing as a scion currently at level 7. I do not have a main hand nor off hand item, also no gloves. I also tried to remove all items but it didn`t work.

I just tried it with other jewels and it allocated them fine. 2x corrupted 1 non-corrupted.

Cluster jewels go in the large jewel sockets around the exterior of the passive tree.

Oh god, I really didn't realize One With Nothing was a Small Cluster Unique, the name went over my head like an arrow missing a lucky soldier in the middle of a medieval warfare. Thanks, kisses, hugs, presents (I wish you get it, cause I won't).
