How does travel distance work for vertical travel distance?
Question about projectiles travel distance:
When the game talks about projectiles get more damage the further they travel e.g. "Projectiles gain damage as they travel farther, dealing up to xxx increased damage with hits to targets" Does that also count travel distance vertically? what i mean with this is specific to certain skills like Avenging flame (flamewood support) that shoots up in the air and then it falls down. in this case the actual travel distance is big, yet horizontally is been basically 0 ? do i assume correct the projectiles DO get thew travel distance damage bonus in this case because the path in vertical distance was pretty long ? There is no vertical distant measurements in game.

" So your saying "projectile travel further" is always related to horizontal displacement aka, distance? i guess its true, but it still feels weird because stuff like faster projectiles works on it. so it moves faster, but its not considered traveling haha. i do think some better wording here of the skills would be in place; thank you for the reply Last edited by 1869Flame#0897 on Feb 15, 2024, 7:47:10 AM
