Trauma support + Divine flesh (trauma stacks interrupt shield recharge)

I'm currently using trauma support for wild strike of extremes, and after testing it with and without trauma support, I believe I can fairly confidently say that trauma support self-damage is interrupting shield recharge that should always be occurring with Divine Flesh, (assuming all damage bypasses ES with Divine Flesh allocated). Please look into this as it was a mechanic I was counting on for this build. :(

No.
Is there something else that interrupts ES recharge besides damage?

It might also help if I stated something erroneously, you could include the information I was mistaken about. Divine flesh states all damage bypasses energy shield, and damage is, as far as I know, the only thing that interrupts recharge. The ES is spent correctly, but the recharge rate is absolutely affected by whether or not I had trauma support socketed.

According to the wiki, which cites a reddit post by Mark_GGG on the subject, no.

However, it does clarify that damage taken interrupts ES recharge--not only damage to the ES itself, but also damage to the resource ES is protecting. While Divine Flesh makes all damage bypass your ES, it does not change the fact the ES is still trying to protect your life.

Otherwise, I'd imagine there'd be an argument that ES recharge should be able to start, and be maintained by Wicked Ward, while taking DoT after damage reduces your ES to 0.
