Molten Strike of the Zenith + Replica Wings of Entropy

I'm uncertain whether this is a bug or not. Replica Wings of Entropy is a two-handed axe that counts as dual-wielding. While it benefits from passives for two-handed weapons and dual-wielding, it is not usable with Molten Strike of the Zenith. It works with Ice Crash of Cadence, so it appears to work for gems that care about dual-wielding.

Just was hoping for some clarification.
