Voidforge: Deal no non-elemental damage, still deals pure chaos poison damage
![]() using penance brand of dissipation, with 100% phys converted to lightning. original sin is used, to convert it to pure chaos. when using weapon swap to a voidforge, existing brands and poisons still continue to deal damage despite the modifier, deal no non-elemental damage. Yeah, this is as intended.
Poison damage is calculated on hit, so any weapon swaps or changes to your buff after it's applied don't go through to the poison. Same for ignite and fire/dot damage. The chaos brands should stop applying new poisons though, unless their hits are calculated when you cast them, which is pretty likely if it works in the same way as dots. |
