Run Maven invitations yourself and it's 1.1D and 20C profit...
Fortuna is a bitch. Had a 70d impossible escape last week and an AGMP before that. Still waiting for that damned Progenesis though..

That said, the variance on those encounters rewards is absurd so i'd like to see some improvements on that. However, i don't see how those could look like in a trade environment. If shit isn't crazy rare it won't be worth shit, no matter how good the item is.

Bossing is a big gamble in general. I bought a lot of boss sets this league cos pen brand is OP and i had lots of free currency anyway.

All uber ofc.

Shaper - always profit but annoying fight, too many cutscenes and exposition
Elder - nice fight, good profit on unid watchers eyes
Uber Uber elder - bosses immune 90% of the time but it's quite short at least. Very good profit on unid watchers eyes. Don't id them, you lose 20-25 divines a pop. You kill the boss and you have to pay invitations back
Uber maven - expensive invitation and inconsistent drops. Relies on heavy hitter drops such as valuable awakened gems or good impossible escapes. You need to run hundreds to produce consistent profits.
Uber exarch - disappointing, you lose money even with decent forbiddens
Uber EOW - also, i even found Nimis (1.5% drop rate) and was still under.
Uber Sirius - the best! Cheap invitation (1,3 divine in this league) and great drops. Unid threads (ilvl 87) are covering 5 invitations already, you also get awakener's orb, oriath's end and awakened gems. Good profit potential on the gloves and vaaling the helmets (+1 pwr chrg)
Uber Atziri - only useful for the feared really, you can vaal the vertex maybe
Chayula's breachstone - good exp and blessing drops quite often. Farmable in your own maps, you get about 1 full brachstone from every map if you spec atlas and use sextant + scarab + bench mod.
Cortex - bait, these "bonus synthesised items" are garbage 99% of the time. Only run it for the feared, do not chain run cortex.

The Feared rotations - very profitable indeed. 1,2 - 1,3 mavens writs and other goodies drop there on top of what you get off bosses themselves. Need a build capable of doing mavened ubers tho. The Feared itself is very easy compared to individual uberbosses.

ggg dont set the price of entry tho, the writ is what the player base deem its worth which is based on the value of the drops so that relationship is self creating and always 'correct'.

i think the big thing is the variance, the expected loot from 3 runs vs 300 runs. the issue here is something i think theyre aware of and will fix. the availability of uber boss access is the same as normal boss access because its the same key and you just turn on a node. so you have these forces pulling in 2 different directions where normal players should be allowed fairly achievable access to the normal tier boss and thats fighting against uber bosses having chase drops that have really high market value.

if you want an uber boss to have a higher chance of dropping something worth while in market terms then we need to have less frequent access. they can only do that without screwing over normal players who want to have a go at the normal bosses if they give the ubers separate access keys. from what mark said recently it seems like they know all this already and i imagine a change is in the pipe somewhere.
I love all you people on the forums, we can disagree but still be friends and respect each other :)
