Is it possible to craft a modifier into a corrupeted item? If yes, How?!

You can craft corrupted items in various ways With tainted orbs, but not bench crafts. I'm no crafting guru but I assume that was benched and then corrupted.

That was a normal amulet that was taken to Jorgen and turned into a talisman.
