Aisling deteled caster mod even though "cannot roll caster modifiers" was present ><

Just Aisling'd and they removed my `+1 all spell skill gems` caster mod even though I explicitly crafted the `cannot roll caster modifiers` meta mod on it to block that chance from happening.

Can I please get this put back, this is not matching the text of the meta mod, nor how annul's have proven it works.

Aisling does not respect certain meta mods. Yes this should be noted somewhere in game but now you know. Essences also do not respect meta mods as an aside.

And they wont restore an item ever.
