Release "Penance Mark" as a standalone gem

Title.
This new mark gives the opportunity to refill pots on boss (killing phantasms) etc... usefull when used conditionnaly. What do you think about it? Last bumped on Mar 23, 2024, 9:02:57 PM

All wildwood marks should be given a gem version. PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.
Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build! And the winds will cry / and many men will die / and all the waves will bow down / to the Loreley |

Was about to make this thread if it didn't already exist.
