divination distillate large hybrid flask

If i am playing pathfinder then unique largy hybrid flask can be activated on full unreserved life/mana/es , but it do not work this way when i play deadeye with forbidden flame/flesh master surgeon

Master Surgeon does not allow flasks to be used at full life, it only allows their effects to persist after reaching full life.
There are a few exceptions that I never remember the full list of for this behavior. For magic flasks there are suffixes that allow them to be used at full life, but for unique flasks like Divination Distillate.... ....the only one I can remember is having the Flask mastery that recovers 4% of life when a flask is used. |

This guy is correct, with TWWT life% on flask use i can use distillate on full life/es/mana
