The Lost Expedition quest

The Lost Expedition quest only shows when I select Act 6 (I'm doing maps already) I've never found whatever it is they are asking for.. how do I complete this quest?
"I care naught for riches, little for friendship. The duel is all I need. I may be an exile, but I will carve a road back to Oriath, one foe, one victory at a time. In logbooks you can find the Underground Areas, in which you can find Ancient Kalguuran texts for quest. The expedition appears in Act 6, so logbooks can also drop starting from Act 6. That's why the quest is in Act 6. This is just a lore quest, you don't have to complete it.

" Yes I know but I love the lore in this game and would love to complete the quest. I'm level 85 and haven't dropped a logbook, is there a reason for that..? Underground Areas are located in logbooks. Logbooks are a rare drop in expedition encounters.
