Pixelated graphics

Looking for help fixing a graphics issue. Logged into PoE for the first time in several years using a new computer (Corsair Vengeance, i7-1300K, NVIDIA GeForce RTX-4080). The loading screens and UI look sharp, but the game graphics are very pixelated, like something from the early 2000's. I tried messing with all of the settings in Options but nothing fixed it. Any suggestions?

Did You swithced off Dynamic Resolution?
