Bloodnotch broken on Private Realm

Me and 2 friends are playing on private realm and we have test a bloodnotch jewel on 3 different char. Char 1 Deadeye: 1. 0 es and has Stun as ES mastery 2. 0 Stun avoidance 3. Pantheon is Solaris Char 2 Pathfinder 1. 71 es and stun as ES mastery 2. Petrified blood 3. 0 Stun avoidance 4. Pantheon is Solaris We go to blood aqua ducts and stand in between the adds. We have equipped cast when stun gem linked with spark. We can see spark is cast but we do heal at all. On the Path finder when I spec into the recoup as life mastery I do see life being recouped but not by any amount streamer have shown for bloodnotch Last bumped on Jan 20, 2024, 3:54:32 AM

There is not enough information of these 2 characters to show any issue. The streamer's your comparing with are likely high rolled or perfect Bloodnotch, high recoup on gear/passive, Petrified Blood, Defiance of Destiny, and other layers to achieve the cast when stunned combo and near immortality. You're also testing in Aqueducts where you may be getting hit for hundreds and with 100% recoup, only going to recoup for hundreds. Those streamers you are comparing with are probably wisped content, getting hit harder, thus recouping more.
As for the Spark generation, were you running other mitigations such as evasion or dodge that may have prevented the stuns? What other passives? Maybe something some gear/passives for stun avoidance? Was something else maybe linked to Cast When Stunned altering it's usage? Were you using a leveled/quality Cast When Stunned that boosts from 50% proc chance at level 1 to 89% at level 20 with 20 quality? If you want to pursue the bug report further, I'd suggest including video of both perspective's and PoB's of the characters as they were tested. |

" Bloodnotch alone does not recover for more damage than you take. With your 55% Bloodnotch and your Petrified Blood with "76% of life loss prevented this way taken as damage over time", you are taking 5% of the hit's damage immediately and 31% of it over 4 seconds. Factoring in your 24% recoup, you are taking 5% of the hit's damage immediately and losing 7% of the hit's damage over 4 seconds.
