Mageblood map with Abyss completion and Strongbox completion bugged and not giving reward

Paid 90~ div for a mageblood valdos map with complete abyss mod and complete stronboxes mod, ran the whole map and completed all bosses, mobs and ran around the map for 15 minutes trying to find if i missed a strongbox.

I didn't miss a strongbox and have a picture shown of the loot from the abyssal trove chest that I opened, which should mark completion. Can I have my money back?
