New Ralakesh boot doesn't interact with Animated Guardian

I create new Animated Guardian with Ralakesh boot and Lochtonial Caress
Iron Gauntlets. The purpose is to make my guardian share charges to nearby allies but it doesn't work. So Conduits only work with party member, not allies member, is that correct behaviour?

I think it is more likely that they don't have any real charges to share, they just have the benefits of those charges.

Easy enough to test. Put boots on, take Conduit, invite someone to party and see if they get the benefits of the charges with no means of generating charges in hideout.

If that does work, then it could either be bugged or something with the wording of Conduit. Found several threads where people tried other set-ups for AG + Conduit and they didn't work for sharing to other minions, but that's not what you're trying to do.

"You share charges" means "When you gain a charge, those you are sharing with also gain that charge."

You are not "gaining charges" with Ralakesh's Impatience, so it won't interact with Conduit.
