Private League - possibly isolated global chat channels

I have no one to talk to in any of the global chat channels. In the past when I created private leagues I would still be in touch with other players who were playing in the expansion leagues.

I am not using the DND feature.

If I play my SC-SSF character or my HC trade characters I will instantly see other players in many different channels.

If I am in this private league I recently created, I do not have access to these players (if you will). It honestly appears that I am in my completely separate league with only myself in the global channels, equivalent to how HC and ruthless are separated from SC.

I can still whisper players on my friends list. I can use the guild chat channel. The Local chat function works but for my intentions irrelevant as there is no one but myself in this private league.


I've more-or-less kept the global chat channel active, and I have no recordings of other player's communications in the Client.log file. Except when I shortly switched to either my SC-SSF character or HC trade character.
