Can a Mod or Dev comment on the performance issues and network disconnects

Two huge issues are happening. One from many patches ago and one right now

In game performance is abysmall. 11700k, rtx 4070ti. Lucky to hit 60fps for more than 30 seconds. Bounces between 50 and 60.

Constant cpu and shader spikes. Up down up down up down. I'm not turning off Cstates to fix this when it's not a problem else where

I'm not having network issues but since the silence on the performance issues is on going I assume it will for the people having network issues.

Can someone update or say anything so we know that yall know? It would be very appreciated
