Transform a Skill Gem to be a random Transfigured version achievement not working

Transform a Skill Gem to be a random Transfigured version

No matter how many times i transform a Skill Gem to be a random transfigured version this challenge just never completes.

I've must transfigured like 10 skill gems in the font but to no avail. I'm confident that there must be a bug going on in my account which prevents me from fulfilling that challenge because all my friends managed to do so.

But the one that's never working as intended is the
Transform a Skill Gem to be a random Transfigured Gem of the same colour

No matter how many times i transform a Skill gem to be a random transfigured gem of the same colour it never completes.

That's exactly what craft i am doing. But whenever i select this craft and apply it no matter what it never completes. It does generate a transfigured version gem but it never completes it.

Didn't you say differently above?

If the craft is giving you a choice of 3 Transfigured gems to choose from, it isn't the craft required for the challenge.

"Transform a non-Transfigured Skill Gem to be a random Transfigured version" does not give you a choice as to which version you get, but the gem you get will always be the same skill as the gem you put in.

I managed to do it today LoL.

You guys were right, i wasn't getting the correct craft and i did 5x merciless lab runs and the correct craft appeared and i managed to clear the achievement completely.

It wasn't a bug, but a matter of personal confusion. My bad guys!
