The Fulcrum elemental ailment reflect + Cinderswallow Urn debuff

Hi,
the wiki says "Ignite, chill, freeze, shock, scorch, brittle, and sap are referred to as elemental ailments because they are associated with elemental damage types."

The "Cinderswallow Urn Silver Flask" says "ENEMIES ignited by you during effect take +% increased damage".
Since The Fulcrum reflects "elemental ailments" it shouldn't reflect this debuff.
I am not a enemy and it is also not under the ailments buff icons but it is shown right beside flask buffs etc.

Is this intended? if so please change the description to something like "target" and not enemies, since I am not a enemy I shouldn't get it and since it isn't a elemental ailment it shouldn't reflect to me.

Also does this affect me when I am unaffected by ignites? it has the same icon as ignite.
