Harvest crop rotation does not update UI/info ab plant tier

Hello,

I have noticed several times that when I use the Crop rotation to upgrade a certain type of plant it sometimes does not show what the plant has upgraded to until I harvest that plant. I will attach two pictures that is of the exact same plant before/after I pressed the harvest button on it.

I did not go and destroy any other plants or something between these two pictures, one is before I pressed the "Disperse Lifeforce" and one is after I pressed that button.

This makes it really hard to know which plant to select to harvest if they don't update before you press the harvest button.

If this by chance is some feature I apologize for the thread.

+1 here, was doing some some harvest farming with Crop Rotation and it happens rather frequently. You can also easily tell the count is wrong when you see the visuals for T3 plants but the number is not showing any.
