Mana Reservation Efficiency (of Skills)??

So I've noticed the mana efficiency stats tend to come in 2 varieties, I think there might be a gotcha here.

Auras are skills too
The opposite of knowledge is not illiteracy, but the illusion of knowledge.

that mod works for everything that reserves mana, including auras, mines, non-gem skills like beast aspects and envy.
