Valdo's Map Bug

Completed a Valdo's map, cleared every single monster and didn't get the drop. Checked everything, made sure I completed the requirements. Had additional abyss on the map, cleared the abyss, but still didn't get the item. Image shows me sitting next to the abyss trove with 0 monsters remaining in map but no reward.
