Forbidden Sanctum needs fixed

I don't know why they did it, but losing my urns on a failed run isn't fun. It especially isn't fun since you can't modify them. If they want to keep the system as is, either force them into the relic chest or make it so we can modify them like we can flasks. there shouldn't be any reason for players to lose urns at all especially since you need them to get further in, but you can't get them until doing repeated runs and the books have a low freaking drop rate. the way it is in its current iteration is just plain awful. no one likes losing everything because some dev can't add a fucking evade button to the game, and evasion as a mechanic just simply does nothing inside the sanctum, the least they could do is give us an evade button on a cd of one or two seconds inside sanctum itself since animations have a lock to them, just so we can force end the attacking animation when needed.

evasion does work in sanctum, as do armor and energy shield. block doesnt work, suppress doesnt reduce resolve loss even if does work, dodge is probably same way as suppress.
dunno what urns ur talking about... regular relics you cannot lose and unique ones are one use only - you lose the sanctum run, you lose the unique relic. otherwise original sin for example would be guaranteed drop and other uniques too... which makes it pointless to have increased difficulty on those unique relics at the end. |

I just finished farming Sanctum to level 100 and I can't say I've ever lost any of my non-unique relics in all of the runs I've done. The only relics you lose in a Sanctum are the unique ones which all explicitly tell you that they're consumed when starting.
PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.

they can get locked in on a character and you have to deliberately go act like you are starting one, take their relics out then take the tome out then move to the character you actually want to use to run with them.
That's all I can think of in terms of what OP is talking about though it is frustrating when you have multiple characters in a league. |
