Minefield Support Detonation issues

When using hexblast, high-impact mine support, and minefield support, I consistently experience an issue where detonate does not detonate all of my mines. It will leave approximately 3-4 mines behind about 99% of the time. They will linger until they time out and will not detonate, no matter how many times I attempt to detonate them or if I attempt to place more and detonate them all again.
