Desert Spring Map doesn't exist in Affliction making Soul of Shakari useless

I wanted to use Soul of Shakari in my build but I found out the desert spring map doesn't exist in this league and so now at level 91 I have wasted 2 weeks creating this character...

Look at your Atlas. You can upgrade any pantheon power, no matter which maps are and are not in the rotation.
