Ball Lightning of Static - Swapping with another ball lightning gem gives that gem a cooldown
So I just did a lab run and tried putting ball lightning of orbiting in my ball lightning of static setup to test it out.
Immediately noticed it still had a cooldown counter. And even behaved as if it still had Ball lightning of static's cooldown. I believe this is due in part to the fact that a lot of backend is being shared by these gems rather than separated. Such as minion count / cooldown, thus when the gems are swapped the system still thinks the skill should have a cooldown. A bug like this may also occur again in the future due to this shared background information. -------------- I would also like to strongly suggest that minion count and cooldown limits of transfigured skills be separated from each other. I have verified another likely unintended behavior of all these changes. If I have a ball lightning / ball lightning of orbiting socketed into Black Zenith Gloves the cooldown from the gloves is now SHARED with Ball Lightning of Static. IE using gloves consumes static charges and gives it a 4 second cooldown (or whatever value provided by gloves after cd recovery) and using static charges consumes the only glove cooldown and puts it on ball lightning of static's cooldown. This could result in a long list of case by case basis of "fixing" unintended behavior or letting it stay.
