Catalyst Reward balancing is off (Ultimatum vs Harvest)

I needed catalysts so ran all my ultimatum scarabs which was about 30-40 with all important atlas passives allocated. And of the catalysts you actually want to use I got single digit numers of (2 fertile and 4 prismatic)
It seems that if I run harvest and use the catalyst swap craft I will get the catalysts I want a lot faster.
I enjoy doing ultimatum but if i get the catalysts I want way faster and cheaper from doing harvest it seems pointless to run ultimatum. The other rewards from ultimatum aren't great either, they're worse than just running a map with influence altars.

If you want us to have fun in ultimatums you need to make them worth doing. Either by buffing ultimatum rewards (especially catalysts) or by nerfing/removing other ways to get catalysts so Ultimatum becomes the best league mechanic for catalysts.

Edit: So I respeced to harvest and it seems my suspicion was right and it only took me 12 maps to get the remaining 18 fertile catalysts that i needed... So 30+ maps of ultimatum wave 10 gave me 2 fertiles and 12 harvest maps gave me 18 fertiles. OFC I could have gotten lucky/unlucky but that balance seems way off... it should be the other way round.
