Mouse Cursor keeps disappearing

Not sure whats going on here. i've played this game for a very long time, but had a cpl year break. came back, have new computer, but now my mouse cursor disappears basically everytime i open a menu, or transition screens.
it'll come back after about 3 seconds, or immediately if i click, but obviously can't exactly see where im clicking since its invisible/disappeared. doesn't matter what mouse options/settings i use, it always happens. Last bumped on Feb 22, 2025, 7:55:32 AM

" what? lol no it isn't my brain playing tricks on me. it isn't like im full juicing maps and losing track of my cursor in the mix - its even in the menu when starting the game. anytime there is a screen transition, so like going into hideout, opening atlas, opening bank, even changing stash tabs sometimes jeez what a response "what you think is happening isn't really happening" hilarious. thanks for the 'help' bud |

heres a picture. you can see what im highlighting, but there is no cursor. like i said it'll stay that way for a few seconds without clicking anything, but moving the mouse around it'll eventually reappear. or clicking it usually instantly appears.
it also doesn't seem like any options regarding the UI mouse help it, it'll happen always no matter what. but if it isn't the default cursor and options it seems to make it worse (like not reappearing if i click).  |

I've started to experience this. A quick win button twice (open the start menu then close) solves it temporarily. Also, I'm using windowed fullscreen.
