Anyone able to help / give a few gear tips? (EA Witch / Ele)

Yo, first time back in a year or so (fairly casual/noob with a few hundred hours in) currently been trying to smash all atlas notes (109/115 atm) with 1 voidstone - can complete t16s fairly comfortably (no wisps), wisps at a push depending on how tanky end boss is.

Was wondering if anyone could have a quick look over my gear below and let me know which would be the most impactful change to pump damage up? been following the maxroll guide so far.

Currently have 11/d, 630/cs to spend, I'm on console so might vary to pc prices but any help would be great to get my damage going!!
