20 Rogue Exiles "Ruckus" Passive not Triggering in t16

It works just fine in white and yellowmaps, I tried -triggered there 2 times, but not in t16.
I`m already more than 40 t16 done - no luck in. Seems too much for 8% rng. Last bumped on Mar 10, 2024, 3:02:37 PM

It's just super RNG, I ran a ton of maps before it triggered. It certainly does seem low for 8% but just keep running maps and it'll happen eventually.

Took me over 100 maps for it to proc, all maps were t16 and i always checked the count of mobs remaining at end of map. Just super unlucky I guess?
