celestial caustic arrow mtx no working as shown in preview video

i bought the celestial caustic arrow mtx, in the video preview when you use it, the arrow blows up in a purple cloud and leaves a celestial puddle on the ground. but when im actually using it ingame it does not leave the puddle on the ground.

is this a bug or intended? either way kinda sucks i only got half of what was shown

You are playing with the Caustic Arrow of Poison? If yes, it doesn't have a celestial puddle because Caustic Arrow of Poison trades the puddle for chance to poison plus extra chaos damage, so its working as intended I think, you can check with a normal caustic arrow.
