Vaal Arctic Armour - Frozen in place indefinitely

Hello!

Unfortunately it seems that Vaal Arctic Armour is occasionally experiencing an issue where I'll use the vaal skill, and be stuck in place permanently (0% action speed) despite the damage reduction buff expiring. The only way I have been able to break out is by logging off.

I suspect that it may have to do with being stunned, but I am unsure. It occurs when I am surrounded by mobs and spamming the ability
