Changes between Conqueror and Elder Guardian Maps

Hello everyone!

Ive been thinking about this for a while, why can we swap between each Shaper Guardian map with horizon orbs, but we cant do the same for Conquerors and Elder Guardians.

I know you can swap around the fragments they drop with Harverst but it will make it easier for maven witnesses.

I understand that each shaper guardian has their own map with their own layout which made it easier to implement horizon orbing, but if you give the same treatment to elder guardians and conquerors it will be super helpful for early league atlas setups.
