Cold Snap of Power not overriding Cooldown
When self-cast, Cold Snap of Power will properly use a power charge to override the cooldown.
When supported by Spellslinger Support, the 3 second cooldown is not bypassed using power charges, even if available. In previous patches with the default cold snap, the cooldown could be overridden using Frenzy Charges: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CLxJ4LTji3Y I thought this may be related to the Ralakesh Impatience boots, but same behavior with/without them. Self-casting with the same gem/setup uses power charges with no issue, so this is either undocumented change in behavior on Spellslinger, or it is a bug. Last bumped on Dec 26, 2023, 1:08:15 PM
