Tainted catalyst quality calculations

Hello,
I was using new tainted catalyst on my Eye of the Great wolf with max roll Attribute 16% x 2 = 32%. I managed to hit 17% attribute quality. "Doubled" here means 100% increased , quality is also increased mod and it is additive with "doubled" (total 117% increased).
