Enemies Destroyed?

I couldn't find why my char sometimes doesn't destroy enemies with hit. I clearly can see it and monsters leave corpse. Anyone know what are reasons?

I think you are talking about the mastery you have "enemies kill by your hits are destroyed".

I haven't used this before but my guess is that sometimes enemies are being slayed by something other than your hits. At a quick glance I don't see anything on your build doing damage over time. I'm not exactly sure how this node works with totems if totem does the killing blow. Other than that, you also have a small amount of fire dmg on your gloves, this won't apply to your bone shatter, but when your totems crit there will be a very small ignite which is DOT. If this is frequent and not a once off unlikely to be the cause. Other than that it may be not to do with your build but the node itself and certain mob type. Someone with experience using the node can likely give you a better explanation of what is happening.

I found it. I tested with removing possible problematic gear, skills and gems one by one. Kills come from impales was the one. Impale kills didn't destroy the corpses.

Right IC. Impale is reflected dmg so I guess that makes sense, applied by a hit but not the hit itself
