Swift Affliction Double dips on duration reduction for viper strike of the mamba

When linking swift affliction or awakened swift affliction to viper strike of the mamba the 25% less is double dipping, IE it is reducing duration from 4.6 to 2.55s rather than the expected 3.45s.

I believe this is due to it reducing the skill duration of 2s and then also reducing the poison duration as an ailment again.

I think this is intended behavior.

The support gem reads,

"

25% less Duration of Supported Skills and Damaging Ailments they inflict

And Mamba Viper reads,

"

inflicting poison which will be affected by modifiers to skill duration

So the skill has less duration, and the damaging ailments it inflicts also has less duration.

4.6s*0.75*0.75 is 2.5875s.

Normally one mod can't apply twice to the same stat. This would be intended if Swift Affliction had two separate lines Supported Skills have 25% less Skill Effect Duration and 25% less Duration of Damaging Ailments inflicted with Supported Skills.
