Path of Exile Lags when to many monsters. how do we fix? Delirium specific worst

what is wrong. here is my setup. I wish poe would stop lagging when running maps with too many monsters.
the game:
drops fps
freezes for a couple of seconds and then return with 1000% speed to fly around the whole map killing everything or dies.
normal lags.
respond with seconds of delay
and more.
what more info do I need to provide. dxdiag and msinfo?
i have run through these post and done as asked.

Ps. I changed resolution down to 1920x1440
And all graphic setinngs down to low.
Doesnt affect fps drop in delirium maps. The game just looks ugly instead full of triangle drawings.

ran it for 7 hours

Day - 3
The game is still bad.
Changed resolution all the way down to 1600x1200. Running 200 fps in town
100 i maps and when a deliriul content pops up with a boss. Fps drops to 29.
Can we pay some focus on my issue here please.

Day 4- changed powerplan in windows and Bios to performance.
It changed nothing to the huge drop in fps. Game stil unplayable.

Thanks for the updates. I am having the same experience. I have a 3080ti and game lags very hard when there are many mobs. I think my GPU is bottlenecking aka need new CPU. Currently, and for sometime, PoE has been unplayable at moments and very much detracts from the experience. Great game otherwise.

You can't do much about this problem is part of the developer side of things to optimize the game more, but try to switch to predictive network mode in the settings it makes the lag less but on the cost of accuracy of interactions and synchronization is also a good option if you plan to play in a group, however keep in mind if you are going to try hardcore or play some builds that relay on server tick time (like wardloop) you need to swap to Lockstep again.
